Floor Installation

Roger did amazing! We put new hardwood flooring in and had him refinish multiple very old floors and he did an amazing job getting it all to match. Many areas needed patching, which he had no problem accommodating. We had multiple change orders which he handled with grace. My husband, I can’t thank him enough for the beautiful job.

When I need flawless work done on time and on budget, next steps are easy. I contact Roger. We brainstorm on what needs to be done. It's a total collaboration. He understands my home improvement goals and offers creative suggestions. Roger and his team have done work at multiple homes for me and several family and friends. This last project was a real challenge for getting my mother's house ready for sale. It went from concerning to WOW with the work Roger did. Roger has done three projects for us. Replaced carpet with hardwood in one room, replaced carpet with hardwood on our entire second floor, and painted our bedroom. Roger gives accurate estimates before the project begins, both in terms of cost and time. He shows up when he says he's going to. He listens to what we want, but also makes useful suggestions about ways to improve things. His work is very high quality, and he cleans up well after. He was recommended to us by a friend, and I would not hesitate at all to recommend him to our friends.

Some corners were cut when my front porch went in and we neglected it for the past few years so it needed a facelift. Roger provided great suggestions and a reasonable estimate.
